I volunteered as an usher for our local theater that had live plays. After we married dh did it with me. We both loved watching the different plays. I also did it for the theater that had national rotating plays such as Cats, Phantom of the Opera, etc. After the kids it became to hard to do but may have to try again as they are older.
My mother still has two tickets and I will sometimes go with her. She bought an extra one and she, dd and I saw Little Women.
I have seen Lion King, Hairspray, River Dance and many others along with Cats and Phantom.
We are taking the Girl Scouts, in November to see High School Musical. It is put on by a local group as part of Festival of the Arts, a day of different art forms to introduce the girls to.
