Oh that makes me so angry when I hear that! I don't know where that started rumor started, but I have been sending coupons to individual families for years! I have their names, emails and correspond regularly with them! They always let me know when the coupons arrive! I have a posting on a military family website, telling anyone that wants coupons to email me with their address and I add them to my list. They are so thankful and tell me how much money it saves them. They tell me what they can't use they share with their friends and neighbors. They also say every coupons gets used!
If you have expired coupons, you can mail them to me or I can give you an address to send them to. I do not send to the places where they shop, who also will take them and place them out where they can be picked up by the military shoppers, but I mail them directly to the homes of the military families!
