DeBora - I know your pain on the person. I have been talking to the phone company for over a month. When I would finally get a person it was always the problem is in the line in the house. After getting static, static so bad you couldn't hear, cutting in and out, then phone dead and finally wireless disconnected I called and after doing the answers to an automated and not getting anywhere I also punched in the 0 and talked to a live person. A repairman was scheduled and lo and behold it was their problem.
The picture makes you never want to live below a rocky hillside. Reminds me of Chicken Little, "the sky is falling".
