I HATE being on the phone pressing buttons, jumping throuhg hoops BEFORE I can even talk to a human. Then, when I do talk to a human, that person asks me for the same flipping information I had to enter on the phone! My bil told me to press 000 (zero, zero, zero) rapidly and I can get straight to a human. I did it the other day and it worked! |
