I use the same DPM cream I got from the podiatrist on my elbows. Minty smelling and really powerful stuff. Inexpensive too. $16 a tube is better than the Rx stuff I had at $37 a tube.
Whiten grey elbows by putting them in lemons after you squeeze the juice out.
