I know that my Dad would get rough patches on one elbow and spots on his hand. I seem to get that too and it will just be one elbow or a knuckle. What he used and got passed to me was Bag Balm. It can be found at drug stores or pet stores as it was made for cow udders but has been found to really help humans and other pets.
