The Carr's that I have is "Carr's Assorted Biscuits for Cheese".

Biscuits are a firm cracker, good for spreads, so they wouldn't need shortening or hyrogenated oil.

Looking for crackers that are spreadable might make it easier to find a 0 trans fat cracker.

My new shopping tool is a magnifing glass so I can read the labels easier!
