If it says trans fat free then I still read the ingredients and if it I find the word hydrogentated is there then I put it back on the shelf. The popcorn ingredients list did not have the word hydrogenated in it but maybe they disguised it with a different name like someone said they like to do to try and get around it. My air popper bit the dust, so I'm disappointed that they can't seem to make healthy microwave popcorn.
