We've stayed with her pediatrician because they are so good about answering our questions in a way we can understand. There's nothing so frustrating as having a doctor act like you either don't need to know what they are talking about, or that they know more than you about your kid!

My daughter has food allergies, so we have to be careful what she eats. Our main thing is that she gets lots of fruits and vegetables. When she eats healthier, she does better.

I agree about the air quality! It's terrible out there! My dauther can not be around anyone that smokes, but she's not shy at all about telling someone to stop!
