It is usually just hubby and me relaxing at home. So I try and plan a big meal, but with as much cooked ahead as I can so we can both just relax. I usually either do chili, potato salad or sliced turkey breast and ham sandwiches with potato salad. A few other things I might throw in depending on what I find I can fix ahead. Homemade cookies of course! About this time I'm pouring through recipes to find a couple of things new to have.
