We had pork loin roast tonight cooked with potatoes, carrots and onions on the stove. It was totally funny-the roast was a good size piece of meat and I thought my dd had left the meat in the pot with the veggies-she did mention something about not being able to find the meat -or that's what I heard- anyway, I didn't really get any meat with the veggies when I ate, didn't think anything about it. Started to go to my mom's house after dinner and said something about not having any meat in the pot and my dd burst out laughing...
she had the meat on a platter separate from the veggies...
Well, at least I'll have some for lunch tomorrow...
