Are you a maple syrup fan like my DH? | Hi there DeBora......yes I make my own maple carrots. Maple syrup is very abundant here. And yes I love maple syrup especially on sausages or bacon. I use maple syrup in place of honey and brown sugar quite often. I just glaze my carrots in a fry pan with some butter and maple syrup. My family loves them this way. I also use maple syrup in my squash and sweet potatoes. Hugs Debbie
