Linda, how do you tell it is a full spectrum bulb? I look at flourescent bulbs, just at Walmart & didn't see any that said full spectrum. Some said daylight or sunlight (or plant & aquarium bulb). Also, I looked the information up on Web MD & it said do not use full spectrum, ultraviolet, heat or tanning bulbs. It did not say why. I would have liked for it to say why.
