Oops, sorry about the back-to-back posts.
Karen, how about tortillas? You can fill them with refried beans, make wraps with them, or broil them with cinnamon and sugar for a dessert. I love Ramen noodles, too. Not necessarily the healthiest, but you can add veggies to them. Anyway, hope that helps.
