As I have often told my dh, my fabric/yarn "addiction" is still cheaper than therapy. Once the kids are a little older, I will have time to use it all. (I have to keep telling myself that). I have a friend who keeps her stash in the trunk of her car so that her husband does not know how much she has. When we moved here 7 years ago, I boxed up a great deal. It is still in the boxes. Eventually, the playroom/guest room will become my sewing/knitting/craft room with a futon for guests.
I am going to buy a little (LOL) more yarn this week for projects to keep me busy while I am recuperating from surgery (scheduled for Friday). I will be in the hospital for several days and recovery will be at least 8 weeks. I have trouble dealing with 1 day down so I have to have something to keep me busy. Lots of sweaters, blankets, scarves etc. for Christmas gifts, baby gifts, etc.
Wish me nimble fingers!
