okay I am sure to sound like a dunce here but I as unaware Target HAD a $ section! This is very good news!
What sorts of things are there in the section? Is it all grouped together in a certain part of the stores, or are $ items scattered within regular merchandise aisles?

I have had luck finding Scrapping supplies ar Dollar trees and like minded stores, and some even at Big Lots, though the one near us is skimpy...the one in my mom's town has great variety though!
