I also have 3 children and they are pretty spread out in age--though not quite as much as yours
Mine are 13, 9 and 2 (almost 3!) It has been so great for my Big Kids to have a little one around, and their friends have all accepted the little guy as if he is their own little brother. It's really sweet to see. I never thought I'd see high-school-age Boy Scouts lining up to play "Don't Break the Ice" with a 2 year old
