My brother lives near Bend Or, and they love it. A bit of snow, a bit of rain not to hot. Reasonablely priced. They live sorta in the country on 3 acres. But 15 min to Bend.
I lived in the bitterroot valley of Montana. A very mild winter they would have. It was beautiful.
Joesbaby- wow, what a good deal you got on that trailer! Im happy for you. Then could you sell your old trailer and put that towards the new one?? That would be great.
My sons looking at a 16 X 80 in great shape for $7000. And thats a good price around here. We saw 1970s ones for more than that. And they were in a trailer park.This one is on a piece of land out in the country,private, surrounded by trees and he can have his horse. Rent is $150 a month- includes the well and septic. I like it, Id live in it where it is.
HOmes are cheap here, but this is the reservation, and alot of people dont want to live on it.
