One of the best things my husband does for me is that he looks after things. If anything is broken, he fixes it. If there is a noise in my car or something is wrong with it, I tell him and the next day I go to get in it and is is good to go. I probably don't tell him enough how much I appreciate that.
Another thing he does, is that he affirms our daughters - tells them often that they are special and that he loves them etc.
Having never had that myself growing up, I know how valuable that is....
