Yes, you are quite right it is summer. Today is a beautiful 35 degrees (which is about 92, I think). Sun shining, birds singing, kids playing Hmm, sounds idyllic. Actually, now that the house is ready for inspection anytime, there is not much work to be done!! I wish I could keep it like this all the time!
