We all live in town, but our schedules and temperments do not always cause us to see each other. I mean literally, within blocks of each other.
I know how that is! Today FIL called to tell us TG dinner had been moved from the church to thier house. From one not peanut safe place to another. Then he had the balls to be upset and sad since we wouldn't be there. Dh flat out said, "well it wouldn't be fair if we went but dd couldn't". Then FIL agreed. I did think it was funny since two siblings couldn't make it due to the weather. We are right here and they refuse to work with us to spend a holiday with us but.... some of the family they want to see so badly is just too busy to see them. What comes around goes around??? I have a feeling they may be old and loney someday soon. There are aready grandkids that refuse to have anything to do with them cuz they are so judgemental.
Frugal was staying home today. It is snowing and blowing...... I would be sewing but ran out of blue thread..... Just a nice lazy day.
