Lee, do you hang the paper rings from the tree?
When my oldest was in Pre-K his teacher had them make a paper chain with enough links to rip off one each day until Christmas. It was lots of fun. I still make them now, and on the inside of each link there is something to do on that day. Sometimes it's "watch a Christmas video" or "drive around and see the houses decorated for Christmas" or "help put stamps on Christmas cards." Just a little activity for each day.
I was getting that list ready to make this, and now I find out that DH will be going to California for 4 days in mid-December
so I might have to rearrange some of those activities!
