| What's the best reaction you've gotten to a homemade gift?
I was wondering what was the best (& worst) reaction you have gotten from someone that you have given a "homemade" gift too?
My best was the handmade afghan I made for my Aunt when I was 12.
She was in tears when she saw that I really had been paying attention to her patiently teaching me how to do the complicated stitches!
That afghan had a place of honor on the back of her "davenport" till the day she died!
My worst would have to be...anything I have ever made for my sister-in-law.
She comes from "money" and expects everyone to spend loads on their gifts to her & everyone else!
