Whew! Glad you guys are responding. My time on the computer and yours must not have jived in the past 24 hours!
I am soooooo behind on my housework! Been feeling real guilty being with my Dad so much before he passed away recently that I have been spending a lot of time with my daughter. That's a good thing, right?
But, if I don't get this house like I think it should be, the Board of Health will probably be knocking on my door!
Glad some of you are into the couponing thing! I am anxious to get with all of you so we can start really saving some $$$$$ --
We have been looking at houses to buy -- boy is that time-consuming -- and depressing....I only saw two I liked. There's slim pickings in the Armorel School District that suits my tastes anyway.
I got an e-mail from my daughter's teacher from last year -- GOOD NEWS!!!! She's going to be moved up a grade and will be able to teach her this year! Looks like I will be able to substitute teach this year and gather info to homeschool next year -- especially if they don't move teachers around! I don't care for the choices that may be in store for next year. We lucked (or blessed) out this coming year!
Please give me pointers on the homeschooling stuff, though. I really want to keep up with what everyone here is doing regarding that -- my e-mail is
jnlowe@arkansas.net.
GLENDA!

WELCOME! Now I am not the "newest" kid on the block anymore! Ha!
JustGina -- e-mail me and we can exchange phone numbers for lunch next week. Don't let me eat too much, okay?
ROSMITH -- My 9-year old was in tears all morning related to peer pressure and has really gotten a big hole knocked in her self-esteem! Boy! I don't want those psychologically damaging school moments you were talking about (we all have at least one - I had a few) to grab hold of her. She has too much going for her! Thanks for sharing that with me. It sure lifted my spirits to know you understood.
Donna -- How are things on your end today?
Gotta get back to the housework --

but will check this spot for replies off and on.
Love ya'll!
