I think we have a buyer for our house! Yeah! Johnny's Uncle wants to come up the end of the month and give us a security/good faith deposit to hold the house for him til the end of the year!
Yes Joyce we are building a new house and Johnny and I are helping with a lot of it to keep the costs down. His Uncle is the contractor and his crew is doing most of the work but we have been helping quite a lot. It is going to be such a big difference in what we have now! the little house we live in now is 2 bedroom (tiny closets), 1 bath (shower only no tub), living room and kitchen less than 1000 sq ft total living space. The new house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath (1 w/ jacuzzi tub), large closets (including walk-in closet in master suite), large living room, kitchen, seperate dining room, Utility room, and large loft room over the kitchen (looking down over the living room and dining rooms) 1600+ sq ft total living space. And we will have a 2 car garage where we don't even have a drive way now!!!
Needless to say I am very excited about the new house!!!But very patient!
