After submitting my post, I read Wendy's as well....I do have a certain little something like that we do with my 3 yr old, Ethan...either me or Scotty, whoever is not working late, will rock and sing along with musicmatch jukebox on our computer...the chair we use with it recline, swivels, rocks, etc. and is the best at rocking!!! We have several "sleepytime" songs programmed into it that we always play, and Ethan has began to sing bits of them too!!
We can hit the play button and he will hear the first few bars of the first sleepytime song and ill climb up into our laps and cuddle. (Most of the time, anyway!!)
I was thinking more about the hectic, earlier part of it before!!
Having that snuggly time with my baby (!) makes me relax as well!;-)
