We got that sewer line insurance you mentioned. We think it's worth it, since every few months you see another house in our neighborhood with a backhoe in front of it having the sewer line dug up

When they built these houses in 1962 they used a pipe called "orangeburg" which is basically TAR PAPER, for the sewer line. After about 30 years the weight of the ground on top of these paper pipes starts to compress them

so we figure we are on borrowed time.
I found a great deal on Timex watches for kids, so I did some Christmas shopping early for the nieces and nephews!

I don't usually shop this early but it will be good to get things done without having to hurry.
