I have several of them that a friend gave me. I have checked and the shipping and handling is estimated around $3.85-$5.75 for priority mail which is 3 days. And I can check further for the exact s&h charge for anyone serious about getting a book. To the mainland from Hawaii it is not that bad. If need be I will check the international rates because I imagine it's just a couple of dollars more for s&h.
