I live in IL and we had KidCare for our daughter up until May when they cut her off. We're still not sure about the whole thing and it's been hard as heck getting a hold of our caseworker. He said my fiance makes too much money now to qualify. He got a small raise a while back. Anyways, it was great because it took care of everything and we never had to worry about having enough money for prescriptions. I'd suggest anyone with low income look into it. I don't even know how much debt we'd be into if we didn't have it. I don't know what we'll do w/o it, but at least her next check-up isn't for another year.
