I ,too, love San Francisco the most-One year we shared a townhouse timeshare with family on Nob Hill. I loved the Ghiradelli store, the cable cars, etc. San Francisco is within driving distance of wine country, Muir Woods, Carmel and Yosemite. I love Yosemite and we stayed at an old Victorian hotel called the Wawona in the park. It was the most restful place I've ever stayed. Then we headed back to San Francisco for lots of shopping and sightseeing.
