First of all, welcome Cassie! Or should that be...welcome BACK, Cassie!
Today is going all right. Some few kid politics...Aleck took the apple Grey meant to give to his teacher and wouldn't give it back...that kind of stuff. Normal stuff for around here.
I just KNOW I meant to type something specific when I started this, but for the life of me I can't remember what!

I'm pretty sure it was in response to something, though. I'm sure I'll remember it once I hit "submit reply" at the bottom of the page...
I regularly shop at the Dekalb Farmer's Mkt (I believe the "official" name is Your Dekalb Farmer's Market). That's where I get all our meats (additive and steriod free), fruits, and vegetables. The price isn't any more expensive than at Kroger or Publix, and this way I know I'm getting the healthiest meat possible for our family. (Short of butchering the meat myself, that is! Which I would NEVER, EVER in a million years do!)
The theory of Feingold isn't so much to eliminate sugars as it is to eliminate anything artificial from your diet. My sister stocks her home with all sorts of chips and candies, but ONLY sweets that contain NATURAL sugars. Her children (all 3 of them) are HIGHLY sensitive to all kinds of unnatural additives. Mike and I witnessed first hand the type of behavior problems she deals with, and it made our mouths

. I think she needs both the diet AND medication to control my nephew, but she refuses to consider it. Oh, well. To-MAY-to, to-MAH-to.
Have a good day, everyone! I'm fairly sure I'll remember eventually why I started this post in the first place...
