Thanks, Sharon.
It was a routine vasectomy, but still...The doctor prescribed him 2 different kinds of pain killers, and he's been directed to not to a thing for the next 2 days. I feel for him, but part of me is saying "And that's different from every day...how?

" He should be better and able to move around by Sunday. He's already talking about going back to work on Monday, though I'd prefer for him to wait until Tuesday...We'll see.
I'm cutting and pasting a prayer request below. It's someone I go to church and sing in the choir with. She's a simply wonderful woman, and deserves so much more than more suffering...
Please pass on the request.
Please be in prayer for Becky Webb. Over the past year she fought against breast cancer, undergoing chemo treatments, a complete mastectomy and reconstructive surgery at various times throughout the year. She recovered quickly and seemed to have defeated the cancer. A recent severe and constant pain in the back of her neck led them to do an MRI, resulting in her news yesterday that cancer is in her spine.
Becky is a beautiful person, inside and out, and a wonderful mother to 5 year old Justin and 2 year old Chandler. She courageously suffered her treatments and wore a smile on her face every single time I saw her! Please pray now for her, her husband Chris, her boys and the rest of her family. Place them on your church prayer chains, please! Also, pray for our whole church family that we will know how to best minister to this lovely family during this time. I'm thankful God is in control and all things are possible!
Thank you in advance, everyone!
