Linda lou im sorry i posted that wrong i do let it go about 15 to 20 min but you know my mil doesnt even prosess hers she just makes sure she cooks it well enough and its boiling when she puts it in jars and shes never made anyone sick all these years but i usually prosess everything to make sure sorry i gave the wrong time
