Good morning-
Really rotten weekend here, weather-wise--rained EVERY DAY! And more is expected for today!! Yuk!
Did a few small outdoor projects--in light rain--or they never would have gotten done. Haven't been able to hang clothes out for about 2 weeks. Will have to use dryer again today.
Frugal weekend--since it was too icky to do anything--didn't spend much money. The kids played with friend/neighbors as much as possible--had a pot-luck with the neighbors.
Dinner tonight will be spaghetti carbonera--pasta, eggs, cheese, bacon, with a salad. Have all ingreds. on hand--sick of meat after grilling out 2x this weekend.
Traded some hostas with the neighbor--so I didn't have to buy any for a new bed I'm making along our walkway. Also went to a plant sale at a local gal's place--she has different things than I've seen before, they're hardy and I know they will grow since she takes them off her plants! Very reasonable--I hope they all make it. Tip for hostas: place crushed egg shells underneath to prevent slugs. Worth a try!
Should get going-need to get to town to place my ad for garage sale this weekend--can't wait to get that done. Did get alot done on it this weekend with all the rain.
