The Vial of Life is a large medicine bottle which contains a sticker to go on your front door or window, instruction sheet, and a form for your medical information. If emergency medical assistance is called to your home, emergency personnel will see the sticker and know to look on a shelf in the door of your refrigerator for the Vial containing necessary information.
