Sorry to hear that you are in pain.
Age does wondrous things to a persons body.
I have aches and pains off and on.
Dont know what to suggest. But I did want to mention that a friend of mine who suffers from arthritis and sore bones
Sprays WD-40 on her aches and her joints.
Her relative used to work on the railroad and took up the
practice when other men were using it. She swears by the stuff.
Found it highly unusual for I usually used it on squeaks and stiff doors in the house.
Now I dont know if I would suggest that to anybody out there.
I dont know if it would be good for you or not. But just thought you might find it interesting.
