Texas does but I can't remember the name of it. It is also based on income levels. Health insurance is such a pain but you need it. We have to pay for ours which really hurts, and when dh was diagnosed with an illness he didn't have last year, they started raising our premiums through the roof just to get us to drop it. It's outrageous the things they can do to ya. :mad:
