Jamie Oliver has a bit of a lisp that is a little off putting for a person who does public speaking. I have 3 of his books and find them easy to follow. DS1 (13yrs) actually watches what he does and has tried a couple of his recipes.
Maybe we should get our boys together to let them cook us up a storm
