Wow Stacey the house sounds great and has got to be a lot better than when ya'll lived on base. I know you never really liked living there. And this will feel more like a real home cause you can probably paint it anyway you want or put pictures up or whatever you want to do with it. And a place to do your crafts and an office for the computer, Keith did really good. That is great that the neighbor-landlord said they would babysit, we had a deal like that when we lived in Lithia. Our neighbor was our landlord and they just fell in love with the kids, they were at the hospital when Lacy was born and she has always called them Mema and Papa. We were in Lithia yesterday and I dropped her off for a visit while I went and had coffee and pie with a friend, then when I picked her up I visited with them for about an hour. Take them up on the babysitting, it will give you and Keith some time together.
How did the CT scan come out? Several of my friends have e-mailed me that they have Matthew and his whole family on their church prayer lists.

linnea it must almost be like being a widow during sports season with Steve gone so much. Lacy is starting off really good this 9 weeks, I talked to all her teachers Friday and they said that she is a different kid that she is raising her hand to answer questions in class, doing all her class work and homework. So I hope that keeps up and things go smoothly the rest of the year. I will send you my phone number. Do your parents love their new house?
Oh are you still working at the gym?

martie I agree with you, I wish the guy would get shot trying to escape. Some of my friends in the big city have been laughing about our small town sherriff cause on national news he said "We've had that there boy in my jail before and that is where I'm going to put him back, he'll be a working on that there chain gang". I thought they need to take that chain and tie him behind a truck and drag him to jail so I have a mean streak also. I know he has had a hard life but that is no excuse for killing people especially babies and then scaring those girls to death. The paper yesterday said that when he shot himself his blood splattered all over the little 3 year old, how horrible that must have been. How is Natalie doing? Is she on crutches?

Pag I am impressed with Gina. Jerry replaced the heating element on our dryer several years ago (and it is still working good) but I don't think I would have the first idea of how to do it. The fruit salad sounds good but I have a feeling that no matter what you take to the church socials you always come home with an empty bowl. My f-i-l has diverticulitis and he treats it successfully with meds but it is hard on him cause he loves HOT food, he use to just eat jalapenos cause he liked them and would go through a BIG jar of picante sauce in a matter of days. With diverticulitis you can't have anything with seeds like tomatoes, jalapenos, or stuff like that or at least that is what his doctor told him. I hope your not snowed in and get to go to your church thing tomorrow.

Hey Joyce, I may take you up on the English although my boys are really good at English and I have already told them I may need their help plus I have 3 good friends that are English teachers. So there is NO reason I shouldn't pass this class cause the help is out there. But gee I didn't know there were so many freaking rules just for nouns. Sounds like the Dr. and darlin Daniel really are miracle workers, that is so great that you woke up without being in pain. And Joyce having to take meds for pain does NOT make you a weak person, lots of people have to take meds everyday for different things. Look at is as quality of life, your life will be better if you aren't in so much pain everyday. Hopefully the medicine won't be to expensive. Sounds like your two grandkids are just like Matt and Lacy, Oil and Water, they just don't mix. I would just have one at a time over until they can get along. Believe there are days that if I had a way to seperate Matt and Lacy I would. I have threatened to put them in different tents in the backyard to live until they can live in the same house together without argueing over every little thing. Did you get started on your craft room today? I goofed off most of the day except for a little homework I got done, tomorrow I have to get busy with laundry, dusting, picking up and finishing homework.

night all,
