First of all, Stacey.....(((((((HUGS)))))))....and know that your nephew Matthew, and his family, is being prayed for. I checked out the site you linked, and he's a little doll...so are the other two kids, too. And, my deepest sympathy to Keith for the death of his dgf...grandparents are so special. On a more cheerful note, tho, I'm glad that you and Keith are going to reconcile, and I hope you have a long and very happy life together.

Ok, good afternoon, Front Porch Gang!! I hope everyone is having a Terrific Thursday...I am! The bed is made, the bathroom has been swished and swiped, I am dressed to the shoes, the dishwasher has been run but now there are a few dirty dishes in the sink...tsk(Martie, I won't tell on you if you won't tell on me, lol), and dinner is in the crock-pot! TA-DA!!!!!! I even peeled and chunked the potatoes for mashed potatoes, and they're in the refrigerator, covered with cold water, ready to go on the stove. In a little while, I'm going to fix a couple sandsiches, and veg out in front of the TV...HGTV, FoodTV, Discovery, Travel, and TLC...I watch about five shows at a time, and it TOTALLY drives Emmitt nuts....snicker.

I am off for the next four days. This makes my body want to do the Snoopy Dance, but it makes my wallet want to cry, lol. Cheryl scheduled me for M-T-W-Th, I made it thru Wednesday, and today I am still in misery...yesterday at work I just about cried. She told me that the reason she did it was to get me off on F-S-S, the busiest days, and so that Wendy and Kisha, the two strongest(faster, younger...works for me, lol)servers could work those days. IF I can find a doctor to prescribe pain meds, then I could do the four days, and take off three, and would really like it. So I guess I need to find a medical doctor, huh? Tomorrow I'll go see Dr. and darlin' Daniel, for the first time in three weeks, because the holidays screwed everyone up. That will help some, I know.

Doris, do you like working for H & R Block? I've always had the utmost respect and admiration for anyone who can do the more complicated taxes...I'd be clueless. My own are no problem, and I've been doing them since my first job, at 16, but some of those forms are outrageous. Try not to work too hard, and to get some rest and relaxation, hear?

Elizabeth, I'm so sorry you had such a bad FMS flare-up. Do you use a cane to help walk while you're coping with it? I use one now unless I'm working, and it really helps...it helps me keep my balance, and also takes the weight off my right hip and knee somewhat. I hope you're feeling better now. How was your Christmas? Yesterday's AJC had quite an article in it about the Orthodox Christmas, and it seems that there a lot of Orthodox people...many different nationalities...in the Atlanta area. Until you posted about your Christmas being different than mine, I'd never heard of it. I had heard of Twelth Day, but never realized what it was actually about. Thank you for educating me. Come to the WH whenever you can, we hope I"ll still be working there, lol. Just call ahead and make sure I'm working, ok? 770-819-8910

Martie, good luck making all those Eeyore blankets, lol. I love all the Pooh characters, but I think Tigger is my favorite...he's just so bouncy and happy. I'm not really patient enough to do that much cross-stitching. Years ago, I did do a huge cross-stitched table cloth, but it took me over ten years to do it. By the time I finished it, it was already turning yellow, and antique-looking, lol. I loved it, it was beautiful, and darned if I didn't lose it somehow!!! Yes, I'll turn the milkcrate sideways. I already have a whole wall of them for storage, plus some in the livingroom for books and tapes, and out on the carport, too...*ghetto* decorating, but it works, and they were free!! I've made my own Control Journal, but it just sits and gathers dust, lol. My *Office in a Bag* is a folding file envelope in my desk drawer, and I use one wall calendar, and one book-style desk calendar. The two of us really don't need one as big as the FlyLady one, but I would've loved it when my kids were little.

Kim, what a GREAT Christmas bonus...I've never had anything that nice, either, and don't have room for it here, anyway. You will enjoy it for a long, long time...actually much more than a monetary bonus, I think, don't you? I've been to organizedhome.com many times, and love all their forms, but right now my printer doesn't work. Plain notebook paper seems to do a pretty good job, tho. Have you ever checked out www.getorganizednow.com They even have message boards over there, and the women that post there come up with challenges for each other. It's kinda neat!

Mouse, how are all your sick ones doing? How about yourself? I hope you haven't caught it from any of them. Did you get started back to school ok?

Pag, have you ever posted any of your test results yet? Have I missed them? I've been wondering about you...

Navywife, Sharon, Christy, Rose, Hooya....hello to all of you. How are ya'll doing?

Time for lunch....God bless.
