We also never go anywhere on New Years eve, it is just to risky!! The kids usually each have a friend spend the night. This year I think we will do make your own pizza, DH will make his hot wings, and have chips and veggies with dips.
New Year's Day is pork and sauerkraut. I really don't know exactly why, but my Mom always said that if you eat pork and sauerkraut on new years day, you won't have money problems!! I don't know if she made that up or not!!
I think we need to start eating something different for new years!!!
I like momofjems idea of the non-alcoholic bubbly maybe I will look for some the kids would all get a big kick out of that !!!
