I know in Tennessee there was an Apple tree in an empty lot and dd and I went and picked a whole bunch of them. Then walking down the street, there was a tree that was bearing pecans that was overflowing on a public street so dd and I gathered them up-Talk about yummy!!!

Well, today I had to go get a cake pan so that I could bake myself a birthday cake for Wednesday. Normally I wouldn't do nothing but dd is excited, so I had to do it. I got a cake preserver too for $2.99. I went to the store and got some icing, it was on sale at 2 for $3...Dunkin Hines. I got the White Chocolate Almond one...only one for $1.50. They had eggs on sale...not the best sale but I needed eggs so I got them for $1. And the milk was horribly outrageous at $3.29. I hate that I don't have my deep freezer to be able to stock up. But, oh well...
