Oh, I forgot to mention something we did yesterday! I wanted to go for a drive with the family, so we went to a nearby area where they grow onions. The kids walked down the side of the road and found me 5 big red onions, they were thrown to the side of the road from harvesting. We'll go back this week and gather more of the sides off the road, they fall from the trucks when they turn corners or go over the railroad tracks, and they're free for the pickin! Usually it's just yellow onions, so the red ones were a treat!
