What You Do

To assemble cheesecake cups:

Line cupcake tins with cupcake liners.

Lay one chocolate wafer cookie in the bottom of each liner. Hint: if you are unable to find plain round chocolate wafer cookies, you can use chocolate sandwich cookies and scrape out the filling in the middle of the cookies.

Spoon chocolate cheesecake filling on top of each wafer filling cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs over the cheesecake filling. Hint: If you cannot find chocolate wafer crumbs, scrape the middle filling from chocolate sandwich cookies, then ground in a food processor.

Set in freezer until you are finished making the tombstones.

To make the tombstones:

Melt 1/2 of the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. If you are using oblong sandwich cookies, remove the filling and then dip each cookie into the white chocolate making sure to cover completely. Remove and dry on waxed paper. You can set the cookies in the freezer for 5 minutes to speed up the drying process.

Tint 1/2 C. of vanilla frosting with black food coloring and write silly names* on the tombstones. Allow to dry completely before moving.

Remove cheesecake cups from the freezer. Stick one tombstone into the middle of each cup. Decorate with spiders. Return to the freezer until 5 minutes before serving. Remove the cheesecakes from the cup liners and serve immediately.

**Suggestions for silly names:

Hally Ween
Ima Gonner
R. U. Next
Will B. Back
M. T. Boks
