To make the tombstones:
Melt 1/2 of the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. If you are using oblong sandwich cookies, remove the filling and then dip each cookie into the white chocolate making sure to cover completely. Remove and dry on waxed paper. You can set the cookies in the freezer for 5 minutes to speed up the drying process.
Tint 1/2 C. of vanilla frosting with black food coloring and write silly names* on the tombstones. Allow to dry completely before moving.
Remove cheesecake cups from the freezer. Stick one tombstone into the middle of each cup. Decorate with spiders. Return to the freezer until 5 minutes before serving. Remove the cheesecakes from the cup liners and serve immediately.
