Now that your supplies are at the ready and your work surface has been prepared, let's begin!
What You Do
Bake cake according to package. Remove cake from oven and immediately dump into a large bowl. Use a fork to break up the cake into crumbs.
Add the entire container of frosting to the bowl and stir until completely mixed.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out the cake mixture and place on cookie sheet. You can also roll these by hand, roll up like meatballs. Place cake balls into refrigerator for 1/2 hour to chill.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt all but 3 cubes of the white chocolate bark; then divide into 3 bowls. Tint one bowl red, one bowl blue and leave the last bowl white.
Remove the cake balls from the refrigerator. Using a fork or a skewer add a ball to the melted chocolate and turn to completely coat. Lay on wax paper to dry. Continue until all of the cake balls have been coated in chocolate.
Melt the remaining 3 cubes of chocolate in individual bowls. Again tint one bowl red, one blue and leave one white. Carefully add the melted chocolate to 3 plastic baggies. Snip the end off one corner of each baggie and drizzle the chocolates over the cake balls. Top with red, white and blue candy sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
