  Leprechaun Pudding

Little lads and lassies will love to make and eat this tasty St. Patrick's Day pudding. Rumored to be the pudding left behind by sneaky Leprechauns, your children will have a blast making this recipe with friends.

One 1 ounce box of sugar-free pistachio pudding
1/2 cup of milk per child, up to 5
1 small resealable plastic bag
1/2 cup measuring cup
1 Tbsp

Place 1 Tbsp pudding mix in plastic bag and add ½ cup of milk. Seal the bag. Shake and squeeze until contents are mixed well and thickened. One corner of the bag can be cut diagonally and pudding eaten immediately or it can be refrigerated first.

Easy alternatives to this recipe are using vanilla pudding mix and green food coloring instead. The ingredients can be put in clean baby food jars and shaken instead of using the plastic bags.

The fun is in the shaking to see how fast it turns green!
