White Bracelet
Cover the opening of the small piece of tubing with your finger or thumb. Place the funnel into the larger end of the tubing. Pour salt into funnel filling the tube with salt. You may have to have someone hold the tube and funnel steady for you.

To close the white bracelet, simply insert the open end of the small piece of tubing into the larger piece of tubing.

water bracelet instructions Red & Blue Bracelets
Add 3 drops of red food coloring to one glass of water and 3 drops of blue food coloring to the other glass.

Cover the opening of the small piece of tubing with your finger or thumb. Place the funnel into the larger end of the tubing. Pour the red water into the funnel filling the bracelet.

To close insert the open end of the small piece of tubing into the larger piece of tubing the same way you did for the white bracelet.

Repeat this process for the blue bracelet as well.

EDITOR'S NOTE: If you prefer you can leave out the water all together and just use salt. Place salt into a bowl and add a couple drops of food coloring. Mix well with a fork. Add salt to bracelet as described above.

We made the Patriotic Water Bracelets but used salt in all three instead of water. This was a very easy craft and my boys loved it. My youngest liked it so much he decided to mix the salts together and have all the colors in one.
