Plastic Cup Ghost

This cute little trick or treater is the perfect project for your kids. Recycle some paper or plastic cups into cute litlte ghost decorations for Halloween!

What you need

white paper,

plastic or foam cup

1 popsicle or craft stick OR 2 mini craft sticks

white acrylic paint

orange and black construction paper

black marker

white craft glue

scissors
